The vast majority of movements that we do in the gym can be made easier with a stronger core (or “trunk”) and in particular the barbell movements. We focus on core during the skill portion of our workouts pretty regularly, but a lot of what we can do can also be done at home before you’re going to bed or while watching TV. Keep this link handy the next time you have some space to work a few minutes to do it at home.
