I have posted an article similar to this in the past, but I thought the topic warranted a re-visit. I know a lot of us are sitting down a lot throughout the day, so if you have the opportunity try incorporating a few of these movements during your work day to keep your mobility active and your joints loose. You may look like a whackadoo to your co-workers, but you’ll be an in-shape whackadoo with great mobility.
