3×3 turkish get-ups

We are doing 3 turkish get-ups on each arm for 3 sets. Aim to increase your weight with each round, so start a notch or two lower than you normally use for a kettlebell if needed.

then
21-15-9
handstand push-ups
back squats (65% of 1RM)
then
800m run
