Strength:
Split Jerk: 3×3 @ 65% of 1RM
then
Back Squat: 5×5 @ 90% of 5RM
Yes, these are the movements we did Friday. No, they are not the same numbers/percentages.
Remember that for this strength cycle every strength day is going to be split jerks and back squats, and when we see a short strength + short metcon you are going to be seeing front squats or overhead squats.
