MAKE WORKOUTS A PRIORITY
Excess calories are not the only reason we tend to gain weight during the holidays. Typically our workout schedules change due to travel and family parties, therefore we may have to commit to working out at home, at a different time, or at a different location.
Try making a specific weekly plan each Sunday evening to keep yourself on track. Don’t wait until the day of an event and realize you have to miss a workout now. And find a friend to keep you accountable, and vice versa!
Proper preparation prevents poor performance.
