Coach Shawn is going to be putting on a free rowing clinic this Sunday from 8am to 10am. We are capping it at 16 people, so if you are interested, please place your name on the whiteboard! All friends and family members are welcome, not just CF13S members.

If you love rowing, and want to get a few meters in on Sunday, this is for you. If you hate rowing, and want to hate it less by becoming more efficient at it, this is for you. If you are so-so at rowing, and are looking to see how to step your game up, this is for you.
