5×5 box squats + 5×5 front rack lunges
Box squats are done to a box depth below parallel. With the goal to sit on the box, and take pressure off of your legs and then drive hard from your heels with your chest up. Go back and forth with the box squats and front rack lunges, with the goal for both to work on keeping your chest up, and driving through the heels.
