The movement you’re thankful for can be something that you have been working on this year, or something that you still need to work on but will use this workout as practice, or something you’re already good at and are thankful for the skillz!

Thanksgiving
As the holiday approaches I am reminded at how grateful we as owners and coaches are grateful for the community at CF13S and the members who make up that community. Your determination, effort and desire to make a positive change in your lives is inspiring to us each and every day. Our community would not be what it is without you all, so thank you for choosing to be a part of this fitness journey with us … we appreciate each and every one of you.
