then
5RM squat clean


Announcements:
Just a few reminders. The 5pm and 6pm classes are canceled tonight, so we can get spit-shine this place. The 8am and 9am are also canceled tomorrow morning and replaced w/ the 11am (individual intro WOD) and 12pm (partner WOD). Looking forward to seeing everyone!
