100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 air squats
This it the benchmark re-test for the Paleo Challenge. Whatever conditions were in place during your first “Angie” (ie. bands, pads, etc) you want to re-create that for the re-test. Let’s see how much we have improved with some clean eating over the past month!
