Rock passed along a good article today from Outside Magazine called The New Rules of Fitness. It is a 12-step program that will give you some things to think about or maybe reinforce ideas about fitness that you already had. I thought it was weird that they dropped an F-bomb in the title to #2, but maybe a well-placed F-bomb is needed from time-to-time to get the point across.
