If you still fiend for a turkey sandwich or AB&J (almond butter, of course) every once in awhile a great option that we have found is Udi’s gluten-free bread. It is mainly water, tapioca and brown rice, but is not Paleo. It is though a very good option if you want some toast or bread every once in awhile. They sell it at Trader Joe’s in small loaves and also sell the big mama loaves at Costco.
