PJ, our resident apple cider vinegar expert, recently suggested that we should be diluting apple cider vinegar and not taking it straight … so I looked into it. And turns out he was correct. The acidity in the vinegar can be damaging to your teeth, throat and stomach, so the recommendation is a 10 to 1 water to vinegar ratio to prevent this from happening.
