CrossFit, for whatever reason, is something that many folks find intimidating. Very, very intimidating. After checking in with folks a few weeks into their membership, who were previously hesitant about joining, our members always seem to change their mind about what CrossFit is all about. Or at least what our gym is all about. You’re always going to find the articles trying to find fault in everything CrossFit does, but once in awhile you come across an article by someone who decided to just give it a shot. And “My Attempt to Become a Better Person Through CrossFit” is just that article. It is a non-exerciser’s take on CrossFit. So, every time someone gives you the “I need to be in better shape before I start CrossFit” line … just point them to this article.
