The running challenge re-test is upon us! For those of you who took part in the Running Challenge during the month of July, or if you are just interested to see if your time improved … Wednesday is the day! We had a lot of people take part in the challenge, so I am interested to see if it has helped increase the cardio capacity of our members. It sure did for me!
If you are checking your log books, the initial test was on June 25th.
