STEELFIT CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Jess, CK, Sara, Randy, TOJ, DT, Craig, Allison, Ryan and Dan for a great effort during yesterday’s SteelFit Championships Westfield qualifier! We went from 3 competitors last year to 10 this year … and we look forward to seeing our team grow even larger next year! Thanks again for having the best representation of any gym in the building!

PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND 3
Monday is the mile run, and Tuesday the 1st and 2nd place winners will be announced! This is it…

SCHEDULE
One item on our survey that came up a number of times was our Friday Strength Day. When we first opened we were on a 6-day rotation which always let the Strength Day fall on a different day of the week, and it seems like the general consensus is to go back to that. So, starting this week, our strength movements will be on Tuesday, and each week will move back a day.

OPEN GYM
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

NO IDEA SPORTS

Monday – 1 mile run (Paleo Challenge benchmark) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (power clean + snatch)
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (overhead squats) + short metcon
Friday – skill work + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
