overhead squats (pick weight)
box jumps (24/20)
ground-to-overhead (use OHS weight)
burpees
1 minute rest
A ground-to-overhead can be any movement where your bar starts from the ground and ends overhead. A power snatch or clean and jerk are both good examples.
