I was just having this conversation with a friend of mine this past week. They asked me what they should be doing for exercise, and when I asked what they were currently doing, they said walking. Walking is great, but it should not be someone’s primary form of exercise. Walking should be more of an active recovery movement that you do on a day off from the gym, or a day you can’t get to the gym, or a day you’re just too sore to go to the gym.
