MIN 1: 12 kb front rack lunges (53/35; one in each hand)
MIN 2: 10 calorie row
MIN 3: 8 burpees over rower

We completed this workout on 08/11/15, and the time domain has been increased from 12 min to 16 min. Our goal here is to try and maintain a consistent pace not only through the first 12 minutes, but also in that additional 4 minutes added to the workout. Take full advantage of that minute rest, and slow your heartbeat down as best you can before beginning to work again.
