Week of February 19th

I updated the CF13S FB group cover photo with a schedule of upcoming events as we have a few things coming up that I wanted to make sure everyone knew about. I will be sending out more details as time gets closer, but wanted to spread the word in hopes that you can make some of the dates!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (snatch-grip press) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Wednesday – short strength (deadlifts) + short metcon
Thursday – benchmark (13 Stars … our 4 year anniversary!
Friday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
