WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (T2Bs/push-ups) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (midline work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + snatch)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
