Scaled Is Sold Out!
I heard some folks saying in class this week that they need to get registered before Scaled sells out … well, we actually over-sold Scaled this year with 11 teams. So … time to start thinking about Rx!

- We have reached the end of another strength cycle, and will be re-testing our 1RM press, push press, and hang power clean this week! I have linked the whiteboards from our test week from 7 weeks ago.
