The Debut of A Benchmark!

This week we are debuting Julie and Tom’s 2021 13’s Fittest 1st place Rx benchmark … “80’s Babies”.

Items for the week…

  1. 80’s Babies will be on Wednesday this week.
  2. Katie will be officially joining the coaching rotation this week, and will see you all on Thursday morning!
  3. We will have choice skill work on Tuesday. Our last choice skill work session was June 28, so look back and see what you did to build off of that progress.
