Week of April 13th

We have the “Helen” re-test on Monday and SteelFit event #3 on Tuesday!

PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND 3
HALFWAY THROUGH! Unfortunately, we have already had one person drop (that I know of), but that does bring the remaining Paleoites that much closer to that cash! Stay focused. Stay organized. Keep that self-control in check. And hopefully by this point we are all past the “carb flu” and the sugar withdrawals have subsided, or are rapidly decreasing. Again, if you are struggling, have questions, need a recipe, advice … just let us know!

OPEN GYM
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Monday – benchmark (“Helen” re-rest!)
Tuesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon (SteelFit Championships WOD 3)
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon (“Grindy“)
Thursday – short strength (hang power snatch) + short metcon
Friday – strength (back squat + hang snatch)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
