Strength:
split jerk 3 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 3 @ 90%

WOD:
20 burpees
600m run
15 deadlifts (135/95)
300m run
10 burpees
100m run

Announcements:
This workout is event #3 for the SteelFit Championships, for our members who are partaking in the Westfield qualifier. If you are competing, keep in mind that there is a 7 minute time cap in the competition. We will not be capping it in our workout, but compare the cap with your time when you finish up, and think about where you can improve. For anyone not competing, this is another chance to mix in some running with heavy lifting and gymnastic movements! Everyone’s happy the warm weather is back, right?!
