Monday – short strength (5RM overhead squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (tempo front squats) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + 5RM clean)
Thursday – short strength (1RM power clean test) + short metcon
Friday – long metcon (New Year’s Day)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
