Adjusted Schedule
We have classes being held on New Year’s Eve at 7am, 8am, and 9am. And we are also opening up the gym at 8pm for anyone who would like to come in for a fun 2019-themed workout, have a few adult beverages, and hang out for a few before heading up to the Green for fireworks.
We will also have classes on New Year’s Day at 8am and 9am.

We have a few spots remaining for our first in-house competition on March 2! You can find all the info, and registration link, on the page we put together for the event. You can register as a competing team, judge, or volunteer!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Tuesday – partner metcon
Wednesday – strength (bench press + snatch)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
