Congrats to Sara and Emily who competed at CrossFit Caldwell’s BATTLE OF THE BURBS 3 on Saturday! Local competitions are a great way to see how your skills stack up against others in our area.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (double-dip back squats) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – strength (deadlift + back squat)
Friday – skill (ring momvements work) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
