WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (push press + hang power clean)
Tuesday – skill work (max push-ups) + long metcon / teen fitness
Wednesday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (overhead squat) + long metcon / teen fitness
Friday – short strength (hang clean) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
