Week of June 30th

Great job to everyone who took part in the Running Challenge test WOD this week. There was a make-up on Saturday morning, but if you still have not done the test WOD, and want to be part of the challenge, speak to a coach this week to get it done. And then start logging your runs here!

Also … there will be two workouts on July 4th … an 8am and a 9am WOD. That’s it for the day, so make it a point to get your can out of bed and make it in the morning before you all start feeling independent at BBQs!
