25 hand-release push-ups

15 mb cleans (20/14)
15 hand-release push-ups

10 mb cleans (20/14)
10 hand-release push-ups

A little old, but this NY Times article (that CK sent over during the holiday season) ring true all year round. But is ramped up during the holidays with desserts running rampant. I thought to post this after a conversation I had with someone in the gym the other day who felt they had hit a plateau in their progress. After which my #1 question was, “How has your diet been?” To which they said, “I knew that’s what you were going to ask.” If you know that’s what we’re going to ask, it’s because that is the culprit for a plateau 9 times out of 10. Focus on eating clean as best you can and the gains will come.
