Week of June 15th

Our first yoga class (with Jessie Shapiro) is this Saturday, June 20th @ 10am (directly after the 9am class). The class is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. We have already setup the class in Zen Planner. If you’re planning on coming please RSVP sooner than later so we know who’s coming, and so you don’t get locked out, as we’re only accepting the first 30 people to sign-up (members or non-members). If you have a friend or family member who is interested in trying CrossFit make it a double-header with the 9am intro WOD and 10am yoga class!

We have announced our 10-week teen fitness program starting in June as well. If you have interested teenagers, and have any questions, let us know. More info can be found here, and there are discounts available for teenagers of current members!

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (push press + hang power clean)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
