Week of May 26th

Kicking off this week with the annual “Murph” benchmark WOD. If you have never given this workout a shot, now is your chance. A true test of both your physical and mental toughness, but fun to do once a year to see how far your fitness has come since last May. There will only be two (2) classes on Monday the 8:00am and the 9:15am.

It was determined this week that the end of our “Spring Goals” board will be the start of the farmer’s market in Mo’town, which begins on June 14th. So, if you’re still chipping away at your Spring Goal, make some time to get in before class, after class, or later on in the evening when you have some time. It’s time to get some more red checkmarks on the board! You are always welcome to pop back in and work on skills, just please let a coach know you’re coming.

Tuesday – skill work + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength + short metcon
Thursday – benchmark
Friday – strength
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
