STRENGTH Fundraiser
The response we received this weekend was so far above and beyond what we expected that we can’t say enough to our community for the support that was shown! It was always our goal to create a friendly, encouraging and welcoming environment at CF13S when we opened, but yesterday exceeded all expectations. Thank you again!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (split jerks) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (deadlifts + back squats)
Thursday – skill (fall goals) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
