Wednesday – strength (deadlifts + back squats)
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (split jerks) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
