new winter goals!

Julie has officially deemed January 26th as “New Winter Goal Day” so if you are still working on your last goal … you are welcome to carry that over. But if you reached your goal, as I know a lot of us have … put some thought into it before you come to your next class. And jot it down on the whiteboard when you get here!
Remember … tangible goals that can be attained in the gym are the easiest to quantify. So, getting a pull-up, putting 5 double unders together, getting a 200# back squat … all good goals. The more specific you can be, the easier it is for a coach to help you get there.
