Along the same lines of the “An active body is an active mind” link that was posted on our FB page last week, new studies are showing that you are able to reduce the risk of depression when you exercise. It’s no surprise to many of us that we feel great after we workout, but scientists are now trying to figure out exactly why. And in doing so can encourage folks who suffer from emotional stress to exercise to combat feelings of depression and stress.
