Your score is going to be your lowest reps in a round per movement. So, if in your first 20 second round of mb cleans you get 7, then your goal is to maintain that 7 reps for the remaining seven sets of 20 seconds keeping 7 as your lowest score. Push yourself, while staying consistent and maintaining.
