30 wall balls (20/14)
30 box jumps (24/20)

The last time we did “Kelly” was on 01/20/14, so if you have your time and numbers written down, take a look. We rowed in January, and will be running tomorrow, so times will be a little different, but you should still have an idea if you have improved.
