Like everything we do in the gym, there will be modifications if you are still working on getting your first muscle-up, but we will spend some time going through the steps to get you closer to the first!

Members ask from time to time what supplements a lot of us take, and I personally do not take many, but I do find that the fish oil and protein I take are very helpful. Depending on your goals or what you may need a boost in you may find some of the items on this list, “The Top 10 Supplements For CrossFit,” helpful.
