3 minutes of max effort sit-ups

This is our monthly test for end of June/early July.

2 minutes of burpee box jump overs (20/14)

The result is going to be the max amount of cals/reps accumulated per movement. Everyone should end up with four numbers to report in the end.

With a 1:1 work:rest ratio everyone should be challenging themselves during each two minutes of work.

This is our monthly test for end of June/early July.
