A cluster is a clean + thruster. Choose a rep scheme (between 6 and 8 reps) and weight where you will be challenged, but able to complete your reps with at least 10-15 seconds rest in each minute. Adjust as needed, but work to not back up to the jump ropes at the end of each minute.
