Back Squat: 1RM (re-test)
This is week 7 of our strength cycle where we are lifting our heaviest set of split jerks and we are re-testing our 1RM back squat from October 29th. Thank you to everyone who has been consistently coming to strength days. I have already seen a big improvement in both weight and technique from all of the regulars, and I look forward to seeing what numbers we can produce in our re-test!
