Strength:
5×3 hang snatch @ 50%
then
1RM strict press


Announcements:
A few folks have noticed the boxes that arrived yesterday, so wanted to make sure everyone got the good news that we now have three (3) benches. We have had bench press in our strength program from the beginning, but without the equipment we had to keep skipping over it, so we decided to pull the trigger and get a few.

I have also been asked if bench press is a CrossFit move, and where it may not be in every CrossFit gym, we think it is an important chest-building exercise … so we will certainly be utilizing it.
