Strength:
Power Clean: 1RM (test)

WOD:
10min AMRAP
10 wall balls (20/14)
10 ring rows
10 jumping squats

Every 2 minutes stop and do either 1 rope climb or 3 pull-ups.

This was a good year for women’s strength and physique becoming more mainstream and accepted in our society, but I’m sure there are still see something wrong with gals with muscles. Here is a great editorial from the Tabata Times talking about how women should be proud of their bodies, feel accomplished with the fitness progress they have made and should never feel bad about themselves because of what a man perceives to be attractive or what another woman feels is feminine.
