Week 2 of the Paleo Challenge is upon us! I know it has been a bit of a learning curve for some of us (aka most of us), but stay focused. And remember … midnight is the end of the day. Wear your watches. Avoid the dreaded 0! If anyone has any questions, just ask us. Don’t sit around longing for pizza and Taco Bell because you can’t figure out what to make. We’ve got resources for days, so just ask one of the coaches, and we’ll help you out as best we can! YOU CAN DO THIS!
Kudos to everyone who tackled the Rowing Fran Sprint for the 2nd time. We had a number of improvements in times, which was great to see. We have a doozy of a benchmark this week, and then we are going to give the benchmarks a break for a few weeks before we gear up for our next test. Stay tuned!
