WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (push jerk 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (pistols) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (overhead squats + snatch 1RM re-test)
Thursday – skill (mile run test) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (power snatch 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
