If meal prepping intimidates you, and is holding you back from a better nutritional plan just remember … it doesn’t have to take all day. Coach Julie chopped brussels sprouts and butternut squash for side dishes. She then butterflied two chicken breasts and added Trader Joe’s pesto sauce on top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a tomato. And it only took 20 minutes.
“A helpful tip … make dishes that can all go in the oven for the same amount of time and at the same temperature. I will cook all of this in the oven at 375 for 35 minutes.
“All you really need is two sleeping children and 20 minutes!”
