Each round is going to be 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. We will be alternating (swings, pistols, swings, pistols, etc) throughout the whole workout. Each movement is going to be done 10 times. There will be no minute break. Your score is going to be the total amount of reps accumulated over the 10 minute workout.
