With everyone’s favorite movement in Monday’s workout, I thought a quick blog checklist of things to always keep in mind while doing them would be helpful. The only thing I would add is to always jump to your hands with a wide landing stance … requires less pitter-patter steps to stand yourself back up and the wide stance helps you land in a squat primed for a jump!
